My Marble item arrived damaged/defective!

Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route and marble is especially fragile.  Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this causes you!

 

All items need to be inspected before the driver leaves and any issues need to be reported on the POD. Any marble damage or defection claim made after the shipper has left are subject to be denied.

 

To process a damage claim, photos will be required of both the item and all boxes the item was shipping. This information can be sent directly to help@designpublic.com along with a description of the damage and your order number.

 

**Make sure to keep all of the original packing material! In some cases, the shipper or manufacturer will need to pick up the damaged item
