I Think My Item is Defective

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue. Any damage or defection claim made after the 24 hour period is subject to be denied.


To process a defect claim, photos or a brief video depicting the defect will be required. Please keep all packing materials as the item may be picked up for inspection. 


This information can be sent directly to help@designpublic.com along with a description of the defect and your order number.
